What opportunities are offered to the participants who are entitled to participate in the congress?

The transportation, accommodation and meal expenses of the participants are covered by the International Students Sciences Congress.  (These opportunities are only offered to the first author in multi-author papers.)

Who can attend the congress?

All international students studying at the higher education level in our country can attend the congress.

Is participation in the congress paid?

Participation in the congress is free.  In addition, the transportation, accommodation and meal expenses of the participants are covered by the International Students Sciences Congress.

In which languages ​​can presentations be made at the congress?

Presentations can be made in Turkish or English at the congress.

What stages does the congress application process consist of?

Participants register to the congress management program and upload their full-text papers -preliminary application summaries for applied sciences and field research papers-to the system.  The full texts of the papers are evaluated by the Congress Scientific Committee.  According to the results of this evaluation, the participants who are accepted to the Congress are announced.

What does the congress abstract text cover?

If the participants need to carry out a research in a laboratory environment within the scope of the subject to be discussed, they send the summary application expressing the reason, purpose and scope to the referee committee.  For applications deemed appropriate by the arbitral tribunal, research support of up to 3,000 TL per person is given at the most.  The participant who receives this support creates a full-text paper based on the research result and sends it to the congress.
