Ülkemizde öğrenim gören uluslararası öğrencilerin Küresel Dünya'nın gündemi ve ihtiyaçlarına yönelik yaklaşımlarını, görüşlerini ve önerilerini akademik çıktılara dönüştürebilmelerine olanak sağlamak amacıyla her yıl belirli bir konu etrafında Uluslararası Öğrenciler Bilimler Kongresi düzenlenmektedir.

Dünyanın dört bir yanından ülkemize eğitim için gelen uluslararası öğrencilerin akademik niteliklerini artırmak, entelektüel birikimlerine katkıda bulunmak ve kişisel gelişim fırsatları sunmak büyük önem taşımaktadır.

Bu amaçla Uluslararası Öğrenciler Bilimler Kongresi'nin ilki 16-17 Mayıs 2015 tarihleri arasında Ankara'da, ikincisi 29-30 Nisan 2016 tarihleri arasında Konya'da, üçüncüsü 2-3 Aralık 2017 tarihleri arasında İstanbul'da, dördüncüsü 22-24 Kasım tarihleri arasında Nevşehir'de, beşincisi 7-9 Kasım 2019 tarihleri arasında Trabzon'da, altıncısı 10-12 Aralık 2021 tarihleri arasında Ankara'da, yedincisi 15-17 Aralık 2023 tarihleri arasında İstanbul'da, sekizincisi ise 31 Ekim- 3 Kasım 2024 tarihleri arasında Gaziantep'te, dokuzuncusu ise 7-9 Kasım 2025 tarihleri arasında Bursa'da gerçekleştirilmiştir.

Bu yıl onuncusu düzenlenecek olan Uluslararası Öğrenci Bilimler Kongresi; Sosyal ve Beşeri Bilimler, Fen ve Mühendislik Bilimleri, Sağlık Bilimleri kategorileri ile bu yıla özel belirlenen 'Özel Kongre Konusu' kapsamında gerçekleştirilecektir. Kongre bildirileri; özet metin, görsel sunum ve poster sunumu şeklinde sunulabilir.

In order to provide an opportunity for international students studying in our country to develop their approaches, views, and suggestions on the agenda and needs of the Global World into academic outputs, the "International Student Science Congress" is organized every year around a specific topic.

It is crucial to enhance the academic qualifications of international students who come to our country for education from all over the world, contribute to their intellectual accumulation, and provide them with opportunities for personal development. In this context, in addition to the ongoing activities for international students, the "International Student Science Congress" is held to provide an academic environment where international students studying at the graduate level in the fields of Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, and Health Sciences can present their work, share knowledge, and engage in joint work through various workshops and different activities.

The first International Student Science Congress was held in Ankara on May 16-17, 2015; the second in Konya on April 29-30, 2016; the third in Istanbul on December 2-3, 2017; the fourth in Nevşehir on November 22-24; the fifth in Trabzon on November 7-9, 2019; the sixth in Ankara on December 10-12, 2021; the seventh in Istanbul on December 15-17, 2023; and the eighth in Gaziantep on October 31-November 3, 2024;the ninenth in Bursa on November 7-9, 2025.

The 10th International Student Science Congress will feature sessions in Social Sciences and Humanities, Natural and Applied Sciences, and Health Sciences, alongside a 'Special Congress Theme' specifically selected for this year. Congress papers can be presented as abstract submissions, visual presentations, and poster presentations.

Uluslararası Öğrenci Bilimler Kongresi'ne gönderilen bildiriler daha önce hiçbir yerde yayımlanmamış ve hâlihazırda yayımlanmak üzere sunulmamış olmalıdır.

Tam metnin herhangi bir yerinde yazara ait bir bilginin bulunmaması gerekmektedir. Metin içerisine yazarın ismini yazması kesinlikle yasaktır. Tam metnin yazarını açığa çıkaracak bir bilgi olması durumunda metin Uluslararası Öğrenci Bilimler Kongresi kör hakemlik politikasına uymadığı için içerik incelemesine tabi tutulmadan elenecektir.

• Bildirinizin Tam Metni toplam 2.000 – 5.000 kelime arasında olmalıdır.
• Özet bildiri metinleri toplam 800 kelimeyi geçmemelidir.
• Bildirinizin tamamında referans gösterimi APA formatında (7. Edisyon) olmak zorundadır. Diğer referans gösterim biçimlerini kullanan metinler değerlendirmeye alınmayacaktır. Zotero, Mendeley, Citavi gibi referans programları kullanmanızı tavsiye ederiz.
• Tam metnin 2 Ekim 2026 tarihine kadar Word (.doc veya .docx) formatında kongre sistemine yüklenmesi gerekmektedir. PDF formatında yüklenen metinler kabul edilmeyecektir.
• Bildiriniz şekil itibariyle Times New Roman 12 (on iki) punto, 1,5 satır aralığıyla yazılmış olmalıdır. A4 ebatında, üstten ve soldan 3 cm sağdan ve alttan 2.5 cm sayfa boşluğu kalacak şekilde hazırlanmalıdır.
• Metinlerde kullanılan resim, fotoğraf, grafik, tablo ve şekillerin yüksek çözünürlüklü/okunaklı olmasına dikkat edilmelidir.
• Tam metinlerin tamamında hem İngilizce hem Türkçe özet yer almalıdır.
• Makalelerin başında çalışmanın ana noktalarını yansıtacak şekilde hazırlanmış özet bulunmalıdır.
• Gönderilen metinler hakem heyetine gönderilmeden önce ön değerlendirme sürecine tabi tutulacaktır. Ön değerlendirmede; bildirinizin intihal oranı, akademik dil ve üsluba uygunluğu ve yazım kurallarına uygunluğu değerlendirilecektir. Değerlendirmede başarılı olan bildiriler hakem heyetine iletilecektir.

Hakem Değerlendirme Süreci

Hakemlerden gelen raporlar doğrultusunda çalışmalar için aşağıdaki kararlar verilebilir:

• Bu haliyle kabul edilebilir.
• Hakem değerlendirmesinde belirtilen hususlar düzeltildikten sonra kongreye kabul edilebilir.
• Kabul edilemez.

Hakem Tam Metin Değerlendirmelerinde Neye Dikkat Eder?

• Başlık ve içerik uyumuna,
• Literatür taraması ve çalışmayla uyumuna,
• Tebliğde kullanılan yönteme,
• Tebliğde kullanılan yöntem ile sonuç arasındaki uyuma,
• Tebliğin yazım şekli, dil ve üslubuna,
• Tebliğin alanındaki bilgi birikimine katkısına,
• Tebliğin bilimsel açıdan güncelliğine,
• Tebliğin bilimsel açıdan özgünlüğüne,
• Tebliğin genel olarak yeterliliğine dikkat eder.

Papers submitted to the International Student Science Congress must not have been previously published elsewhere and must not be currently under consideration for publication.

There should be no information identifying the author(s) anywhere in the full text. Writing the author's name in the text is strictly prohibited. If there is any information that reveals the identity of the author, the paper will be rejected without content review as it does not comply with the blind review policy of the International Student Science Congress.

• The full text of your paper must be between 2,000 and 5,000 words.
• Abstract papers should not exceed 800 words in total.
• Reference citations throughout your paper must be in APA format (7th Edition). Papers using other reference styles will not be evaluated. We recommend using reference management software such as Zotero, Mendeley, or Citavi.
• Full papers must be uploaded to the congress system in Word (.doc or .docx) format by October 2, 2026. Papers uploaded in PDF format will not be accepted.
• Your paper should be written in Times New Roman 12 (twelve) point font, with 1.5 line spacing. It should be prepared on A4 size paper, with 3 cm margins at the top and left, and 2.5 cm margins at the right and bottom.
• Care should be taken to ensure that images, photographs, graphics, tables, and figures used in the text are high resolution/legible.
• All full papers must include both an English and a Turkish abstract.
• At the beginning of the papers, there should be an abstract prepared in a way that reflects the main points of the study.
• Submitted papers will be subject to a pre-evaluation process before being sent to the referee committee. In the pre-evaluation, the plagiarism rate of your paper, its suitability for academic language and style, and its compliance with the formatting rules will be evaluated successfully. Papers that pass the evaluation will be sent to the referee committee.

Peer Review Process

In line with the reports from the referees, the following decisions can be made for the studies:

• Acceptable in its current form.
• Accepted after the specified revisions in the referee evaluation are made.
• Rejected (Not acceptable).

What Do Referees Look For in Full Paper Evaluations?

• The match between the title and the content,
• Compliance with the literature review and the study,
• The method used in the paper,
• The consistency between the method used and the results,
• The writing style, language, and tone of the paper,
• The contribution of the paper to the knowledge in its field,
• The scientific timeliness of the paper,
• The scientific originality of the paper,
• The general adequacy of the paper.
