International Student Science Congress invites all international students enrolled in higher education in Turkey to present their academic research and projects, participate in scientific discussions, and contribute to the global scientific community. We welcome all international students studying in Turkey to our congress.

This year's congress will be centered around four main themes: Social and Humanities Sciences, Natural and Engineering Sciences, Health Sciences, and the following special topics.

Congress Special Topics:

1. Economic and Social Impacts of Natural Disasters
2. Disaster Management and International Collaborations
3. Overview of the Palestine Issue
4. The Future of Peace in Gaza and the Middle East
5. Important Dates and Congress Date and Venue

Submission Deadlines:

• Abstract Submission Deadline: June 23, 2024
• Full Paper Submission Deadline: September 15, 2024
• Announcement of Accepted Papers: October 7, 2024
• Announcement of Congress Program: October 7, 2024
• Congress Dates: November 1 - 4, 2024
• Venue: Gaziantep, Turkey

Submission Guidelines:

1. Originality: Papers must not have been previously published or currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
2. Anonymity: The full text should not contain any information identifying the author(s).
3. Word Limit: Full papers should be between 2,000 – 5,000 words, and abstracts should not exceed 1,500 words.
4. Reference Format: Papers should follow APA 6th Edition format for referencing.
5. File Format: Papers should be submitted in Word (.doc or .docx) format. Texts uploaded in PDF format will not be accepted.
6. Language: Papers should be prepared in Turkish or English.

Awards:

For each scientific field (Social and Humanities Sciences, Natural and Engineering Sciences, Health Sciences) and papers presented within the Congress special topics, the following awards will be given to successful participants as determined by the scientific committee:

• First Prize: 50,000 TL
• Second Prize: 40,000 TL
• Third Prize: 30,000 TL

Publication of Selected Papers:

Selected papers will be published in full in the congress book to be printed by YTB Publications and/or will be published.

Free Participation:

Participation in our congress is free for all attendees. Accommodation and transportation expenses for speakers whose papers are accepted will be covered by YTB. Your participation in this special and academic event is supported to encourage knowledge and experience sharing among the international student community.
